A growing business needs a place to expand, naturally. Therefore, we recently completed the renovation and remodel of 7,000 s.f. of day care space into new, 2012, updated, refreshed, and ready to go office space for an emerging global company with an office here in Connecticut.
On the surface it may not look like a such a dramatic transformation, however, there’s always more than meets the eye. Fiber optics, data, networking, wiring for cubicle stations, LCD televisions wired into the network for presentations, and telephone wiring for approximately 100 new extensions are all just a few of things behind the walls.
On the surface you can see the removal of old partitions, new painting, new carpet, new tile, new granite tops, new bathrooms, and more. We converted the old space into something new and ready to work in.
Timeliness is always a factor and on this project we hit our milestones to deliver a finished space to the client within the allotted schedule.
