Remodeling has trended to be at the top of residential construction popularity these days.  Whether it’s an addition, revamping your kitchen, or remodeling a bathroom; lately it’s a smart move to do what you can to fall back in love with the home you’re currently in and increase the present value at the same time.

The master bath remodel is obviously one of the most popular rooms to re-do.  Here you’ll find we’ve recently finished a simple and straight forward remodel to update a dark and dated shower, bring new life to the room with new floor tile, tie things together with a new vanity, matching stone countertop, shower threshold, soap dishes, seats, and ledges… and obviously a new whirpool tub.

We started the process by completely gutting the original bathroom.  From here we built a new shower enclosure – this time with a short knew wall, where a semi-frameless shower door would return in order to let more light in.  Electrical work was moved for the new vanity, quartz top, and backsplash would occur.  We built the new tub deck to an specific size in order to match the client’s desired tile layout and continued this tile work for the new floor and baseboard.

Straightforward, quick, and to the point… this bath remodel is making a world of difference for the owners with its fresh, bright, and updated feel.
