Established along the shoreline in Essex, CT two generations ago, the Sapia family began making a name in construction by developing beach front communities and commercial buildings in the early 1940's.  From building and renovating custom homes, developing land, and designing some of New England’s more permanent fixtures, Sapia endures as a name of quality, custom craftsmanship, and design.
