Starting in the Spring of 2010, we’ll begin the construction of the home pictured above in Old Saybrook, CT. This approximate 2,100 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, formal dining room, breakfast area, great room, 2 car garage, plenty of attic space, full basement, and a beautiful master bed and bath suite all on one floor.
This home was actually chosen by myself and presented to the owners after a few meeting and going over what they were looking for in a home. From style to functionality, this cape offers everything a family needs while architecturally blending in with its surroundings and location.
Some minor changes will be made aesthetically, such as siding the home with white cedar shingles pre-stained with Cabbot Bleaching Oil, false chimney’s will be deleted, and landscaping will be left up to the decisions of our client.
