Black Point Gambrel

A new main house, guest house and garage on Old Black Point, built to Hendricks Churchill’s drawings.

Hendricks Churchill, Rafe Churchill's practice in Sharon, came to Sapia in early 2019 with a new house for Old Black Point.

From Sapia's 2019 letter to the architects: we build our homes ourselves, from framing to finish. There is no subcontracted carpenter work. The crew that framed this house is the crew that hung the doors, and most of the trim on it came out of our own shop.

Outside
